Dynamic Movement Coach
Patrick Hana Thengs
Patrick has been training Parkour for over 10 years. During this time he has acquired an array of skills, combinations and tricks.
Growing up without access to a suitable gym meant that Patrick had to adapt everything he practiced to the outdoors, with only a few video tutorials and a whole heap of trial and error.
This lack of training facility has given him a unique edge both as an athlete and with his coaching with the need to fully analyse and break down each movement into smaller, more manageable progressions in order to improve safely Patrick is able to make even the most complex of movements possible to achieve.
Alongside Patricks parkour came a strong passion for climbing and overcoming obstacles. This eventually brought him to competiting on a national level achieving 4th place in speed climbing in 2017 Norwegian championships.
