Marcus’ passion for fitness began at the age of 16. After reaching an alarmingly unhealthy weight as an adolescent following years of poor diet and inactivity, he began visiting his local gym and participating in team sports.
From this he found his niche and began to focus on high intensity interval training, running and climbing.
Marcus pushes for complete exhaustion by the end of his workouts, increasing VO2 max, improving recovery and creating greater aerobic capacity. With a laid-back but informative approach to training, he likes to keep workouts enjoyable and fun but more importantly, beneficial to everyone taking part.
