If you have a goal but are unsure of how to approach the training, this is a great place to start.
First, we start with a video chat or phone call so we can learn more about who you are, your goals, your training situation and determine your current level of ability.
We will then set about building a custom training plan for you to progress with.
Via another video chat we will take you through your plan step by step and the training sessions we have designed for you to ensure that you understand how to perform all exercises properly. Within this time we will establish check in dates - for when you would like to discuss your progress and continued support.
