Handstand Strength

60 minutes

One of the most sought after movements within the world of fitness.  The handstand.

Who doesn't want the ability to balance effortlessly on ones hands and even move through different shapes and patterns while inverted?

The Handstand Strength class is focussed on developing the awareness, strength, mobility and control needed to be able to spend time upside down in a handstand.  From kicking up into your first handstand to hunting down the elusive one arm, training your inversions has numerous benefits and can be amazingly fun and rewarding.

Using a combination of calisthenics and weight based movements to gain confidence and strength whilst inverted.
