About Sequoia Movement 

Experienced, qualified and highly motivated personal trainers and fitness coaches based in Devoran, Cornwall.

With strength & fitness training specifically designed to build confidence, strength and physical ability we provide quality coaching that unlocks physical potential and leads to self discovery.

 

At Sequoia we believe that every human is capable of being physically elite and can achieve this with the right knowledge and dedication - anything within the realms of the physically possible.

Our Training Space

We're more than a 'gym'. We're a collective. 

At Sequoia Movement we are a community of likeminded individuals based around one central theme - a shared love for all things circus, performance, strength and fitness. Think Ido Portal mixed with CrossFit choreographed by Cirque Du Soleil and you will start to get an idea of what we're about. 

 

Offering personal training, small group fitness classes and 1-2-1 coaching from our Devoran and Penzance training spaces. We provide instruction in anything from Olympic Weightlifting, Partner Acrobatics, Hand Balancing, Gymnastics Rings, Aerial Lyra, Trapeze, Tissu (Silks), Corde Lisse (Rope) and calisthenics. Sequoia Movement offers unique programming, personal training and fitness classes in one of Cornwalls newest and exciting gyms.

Sequoia's vision is for every one of its clients to be treated and trained like athletes providing access to superior fitness classes and personal training that unlocks their physical potential and helps them discover what they can do with their body.

 

Combining methods from various practices including acrobatics, aerial arts, olympic lifting, calisthenics and gymnastics, our sole aim is to build agile, strong and skillful humans.
